Amazon carries a device, called “Echo Input“, that gives you the ability to turn your own speaker(s) into an Amazon Echo speaker where you can give commands, ask Alexa questions and stream online audio and music content. Echo Input adds Alexa to an external speaker and connects via 3.5 mm audio cable or Bluetooth; AND, can hear you from across the room—even when music is playing. There is a button you can press to turn the microphone “off” when you want privacy. The “GOOD” right now is that this device, at the time of this posting, can be had for less than $10.
