Windows 10 update will rebrand and upgrade the Administrative Tools panel

According to this article by TechRadar Pro (follow link below for full story), this new Windows Tool Panel (or menu) will consist of 40 shortcuts (that were previously on the Start Menu) and will consolidate and consist of applications such as PowerShell, Command Prompt, Registry Editor, Disk Cleanup and other utilities that only advanced users are likely to fully utilize. This will be a welcome addition and will eliminate searching for these utilities.
