Most people are unaware of RSS (Rich Site Summary) and are missing out on a really powerful way to retrieve the latest content from the sites you may be interested in without having to physically visit the site. Most sites offer RSS feeds and to retrieve those feeds you need a RSS “Feed Reader”. Don’t let this all scare you away, it is very easy to learn and use. You will not regret it. I personally use a feed reader called Inoreader to pull down news and information from hundreds of sites that are of my interest. For example, CNN and Fox news have RSS Feeds. Instead of going to their sites, I simply get their RSS Feed address(es) and enter into my Inoreader RSS Feed Reader to pull in the latest content. That is only two sites I used as an example. I have over a hundred sites where I do the same.
I have tried many RSS feed readers; and, I can tell you that Inoreader is the best of the best. It also available on many platforms (such as on the Web, Windows, Android, Google Chrome App, and iOS). I have Inoreader installed on every device and computer I own and can tell you it seamlessly will synchronize your RSS Feeds no matter which device you use. If you have a Facebook or Google account, you are one step away from setting up your own Inoreader account.
